PreGym (Preschoolers) - Tuesday 4PM

For boys and girls of Preschool age. (Children must be at least 4 years of age to attend)

PreGym is a drop off class. Parents are not required to stay if they do not wish to. Or can leave to collect school children etc.

Gymnasts will begin to develop the basic understanding of gymnastics shapes, balance, strength and key listening skills. Teachers and children will work together to introduce key concepts such as taking turns, sharing, listening and following directions. It will involve more structured circuits whereby the group of children stays on one apparatus (focused learning on skills) before moving as a group to the next station. The fun themes will still remain, while more advanced skills are performed to help develop motor skills, strength, & confidence in gymnastics.
